Plastisol inks for screen printing
In our range you will find high-quality plastisol inks for screen printing. They most often allow you to achieve a slightly glossy finish. These are the most popular of all screen printing inks available on the market. Residues left on the screen and tools after use are removed with a special remover or nitro-type organic solvent. Plastisol inks for screen printing are vinyl (PVC) based. Their great advantage is their excellent coverage and the fact that they do not dry on the screen during the printing process. What are the characteristics of plastisol inks for screen printing?
Plastisol inks for screen printing have excellent covering properties on both white and coloured fabrics. The prints they produce can even withstand quite high washing temperatures. This type of ink is dense, does not penetrate the fabric and settles on it, allowing very good coverage. This is particularly important with dark fabrics. The resulting print has a rubbery texture and can be clearly felt on the fabric. Full resistance to washing is achieved after fixation at 160 °C. Plastisol inks allow high colour saturation of the print.
