Beautyflex NTHL ink is a high-quality plastisol ink designed for direct printing on cotton fabrics, cotton/polyester blends and some polyester fabrics. Thanks to its formulation, it is ideal for both manual and automatic machine printing.

Preparation:
The paint is ready to use - mix thoroughly before printing.
Application:
For maximum coverage and the best shade of white, it is recommended that the screen bounce and squeegee pressure are set optimally so that the ink layer remains on the surface of the material.
The final result is influenced by the mesh density, pressure and printing speed.
The use of additives can alter the final print properties.
When using ink as a sub-print, ensure that the layer is dry to the touch before applying the next layer.
Curing:
The curing process should take place at 140-160°C for 3-5 minutes. Parameters should be adjusted according to the type of substrate and working conditions.
