Dirasol 915 is a high-quality diazo-photopolymer emulsion designed for screen printing matrices in graphic printing.
It is characterised by short exposure times, easy release and high chemical resistance. It is ideal for use with all graphic ink systems, even in high humidity conditions.

All work with Dirasol emulsions should be carried out under low blue and ultraviolet light.
A photographic darkroom is not required, but yellow lighting or weak tungsten bulbs are recommended.
Windows in the workroom should be shaded from daylight or covered with yellow film.
Dirasol 915 is a two-component emulsion - it consists of:
Part A - tinted emulsion,
Part B - diazo sensitiser.
Preparation:
Add water to the bottle with the sensitiser (B) in an amount of approximately 80% of the bottle capacity and shake vigorously until the sensitiser is completely dissolved.
Add the prepared sensitiser solution to part A and mix thoroughly with a plastic or wooden stirrer.
Allow the emulsion to stand for approximately 1 hour to remove air bubbles before use.
The mesh should be thoroughly degreased to ensure adhesion of the emulsion.
This can be done automatically (e.g. in a washer) using Seriprep 300 or manually using Seriprep 102.
When cleaning manually:
Wet the mesh,
Apply the product with a sponge or brush using circular movements,
Make sure both sides are evenly coated,
Leave for a few minutes, then rinse with cold water and dry the mesh thoroughly before coating.
