The screen printing gutters we offer are essential products when preparing a screen printing matrix. They are made of aluminium. We also sell them fitted with perfectly fitting, leak-proof plastic sides. These products allow them to be placed securely without the risk of contents spilling out. They enable the emulsion to be evenly applied, thus maintaining a uniform level of the ink forming the print. We offer troughs of various lengths, cut to size and fully customised to our customers' needs.
It is possible to remove the sides on models equipped with them, so that cleaning the entire gutter after work is easy and can be done accurately. There are special tabs in the sides that allow the two ends of the gutter to be kept evenly spaced from the mesh. This helps to distribute the emulsion evenly.
