Preparation of meshes for screen printing

Take a look at our range of preparations and accessories for preparing screens for screen printing. Preparing the screen is one of the simplest stages of screen printing work, but it is often wrongly overlooked, leading to unpleasant consequences. Before covering the mesh with light-sensitive material, it must be thoroughly degreased using a special agent. The preparation is then spread thoroughly with a brush on both sides to then rinse and allow the mesh to dry.

Proper mesh preparation allows for better print quality and improved print life by increasing the degree of adhesion to the mesh. The mesh preparation chemistry we offer is very efficient and effective. It allows the screen to be degreased, resulting in the removal of dust, dirt, oil and any residual solvent. They prevent the formation of so-called fish eyes and emulsion detachment during stencil development.
