ROTONET
Concentrated degreasing fluid suitable for cleaning micro-perforated, rotating cylinders, prior to photoemulsion application. Enables better adhesion of photoemulsion to the metal surface of the cylinder.
PROPERTIES
- Very good degreasing properties
- Protective properties especially for metal surfaces (phosphatase)
- Can be diluted 1:4 in water
- Does not contain solvents
APPLICATION
- Dip the cylinder in the ROTONET CONCENTRATED solution and cover completely with water for degreasing. It is recommended to leave the cylinder for about 5 minutes.
- Remove the cylinder from the container and rinse thoroughly under a jet of water to prevent blackening of the metal caused by oxidation.
- Dry the cylinder with warm air or anneal at max. 40°C
RECOMMENDATIONS:
- Do not use ROTONET CONCENTRATE in containers other than stainless steel or PVC.
- The container containing the ROTONET CONCENTRATE solution and water must be tightly closed in order to
- avoid contamination of the product.
- Product loses effectiveness after repeated use; apply new product periodically; replace prepared solution after 3 uses.
- With an estimated 15-20 cylinders per day in operation, repeat the application of the solution after 3 months and replace the protective surface completely after one year.
