CLEANSER 100
An additive designed to clean and prevent soiling of the tools needed for the preparation of the screen printing matrix.
CLEANSER products can be used on materials such as polyester (PE), nylon (PA), microperforated, metallic and fabric cylinders.
CLEANSER 100:
Viscous, concentrated passivating liquid with detergent, used for all synthetic materials, also suitable for metallic materials:
- No label residues.
- To be diluted in water depending on the dirtiness of the tools: 1:5 for heavily soiled surfaces; 1:15 for standard dirtiness
HOW TO USE
- Rinse the screen with lukewarm water.
- Apply the CLEANSER product using a sponge, or brush from our Kiwo shop, on both sides in sufficient quantity to cover the entire surface. It is recommended to leave the product on for a few minutes.
- Do not allow the applied product to evaporate - this reduces the elasticity of the material.
- Rinse thoroughly under a jet of water.
- Dry the screen before applying the emulsion.
