Reducer is an oil-based chemical formulation designed to reduce the viscosity of plastisol inks during the printing process. It is used in situations where the ink becomes too thick as a result of prolonged storage or improper storage conditions.

Application:
Reducer is added to plastisol paint in an amount of 1-2% of the paint weight.
After thorough mixing, the product restores the ink to the correct consistency, enabling even and smooth printing.
Method of use:

Add 1-2% reductant to the ink.

Stir until an even, creamy consistency is achieved.

Once the ink has reached the correct viscosity, it is ready for printing.
Storage:
Store in original, tightly closed packaging, away from heat and light sources. Protect from frost.
