Description

HIMALAYA ink has been specially developed for printing on synthetic fabrics and heat-sensitive materials. It is ideal for both direct and transfer printing- on light and dark fabrics.

General characteristics

✅ Matt finish and soft feel
✅ Very good resistance to washing (tests at 40°C, 60°C and 90°C)
✅ Average yield: approx. 25 m²/l at 62 mesh/cm
✅ Paint free of phthalates, heavy metal salts and azo derivatives
✅ Available in colours coordinated with Pantone® palette
✅ Colour mixing software available on manufacturer's website: www.tiflex.com

Cleaning

Manual: 2891, 2899, NS-91
Automatic: 2881, NS-91
After cleaning with the NS series solvents, dry the equipment thoroughly before reuse.

Additives

Soft Hardener 3600 (3470805) - hardener to improve wash resistance and adhesion; add up to 5%.
Himalaya Accelerating Thinner (3194030) - accelerates flash time and reduces paint viscosity; up to 2%.
Himalaya Plasticizer Thinner (3194034) - reduces paint viscosity; up to 2%.
Gelling Agent (3952061) - increases density and viscosity; add 0.2-1% (for high density effects up to 2%).
⚠ Mechanical stirring required. Full effect is achieved after 24 hours - it is recommended to prepare small amounts of paint.
