HIMALAYA ink was developed for printing on synthetic fabrics and heat-sensitive materials. It is ideal for both direct and transfer printing - on light and dark fabrics.
General characteristics:

Printing process:

Drying: 2 minutes at 140°C in an infrared tunnel

Mesh:
- 36 meshes/cm - printable adhesives
- 36-43 mesh/cm - anti-migration base
- 54-62 mesh/cm - white overprint
- 48-90 mesh/cm - colours and white backlit
- 90-120 mesh/cm - CMYK printing -
Printing: manual, semi-automatic and automatic (carousels)

Emulsions: Tiflex 19S, 149S, UST, 400ST, 200S - depending on exposure system

Carousels: hardness 65-85° Shore A, scraping angle 15-22° (as sharp as possible)
Cleaning:

Manual: 2891, 2899, NS-91

Automatic: 2881, NS-91
After cleaning with NS solvents, dry the equipment thoroughly before reuse.
Additives:

Soft Hardener 3600 (3470805): hardener to increase washing resistance and adhesion to textiles (5%).

Himalaya Accelerating Thinner (3194030): reduces flash time and paint viscosity (up to 2%).

Himalaya Plasticizer Thinner (3194034): reduces paint viscosity (up to 2%).

Gelling Agent (3952061): increases ink density and viscosity (0.2-1%, up to 2% for high density printing)
⚠ After adding the additives, mechanical mixing is required. Full effect is achieved after 24 hours - preparation of small quantities of ink is recommended.
Storage:
Store in original sealed packaging, away from light and heat sources, at 18-35°C.
