BEAUTYFLEX BLUE LIGHT is a high-quality diazo emulsion for the preparation of screen printing matrices.
It is characterised by its high chemical resistance, excellent adhesion and even distribution on the screen.
The kit contains a dark blue emulsion and an orange Sensitizer powder, which must be mixed before use.

Mix 1 part Sensitizer powder with 10 parts warm water.
Stir thoroughly until the powder is completely dissolved and an orange solution is formed.
Store in a dark container, away from light - exposure can weaken the effect of the solution.
Measure 100 g of BLUE LIGHT emulsion.
Add approximately 10 ml (2 tablespoons) of the prepared Sensitizer solution.
Stir until a uniform consistency is achieved.
The emulsion thus prepared is ready for coating and screen exposure.
Store in the original sealed container in a cool and dark place at room temperature.
