PREPARATION
To improve adhesion add hardener 2% and mix thoroughly
APPLICATION
To obtain the best results in terms of opacity and white shade, the screen bounce and squeegee pressure should be optimally adjusted to obtain a layer of paint that remains on the surface of the substrate. Opacity is influenced by the type of graphic, mesh density, pressure and printing speed. The use of additives can change the final properties of the print. If used as a subprint, curing conditions must be checked , the layer must be dry to the touch.
CURING AND DRYING
Allow to dry naturally for 12-14 hours. After this time proceed to curing. Curing must take place at 160-170*C for approximately 6-8 seconds. The time and temperature must be optimised by the user, depending on the substrate. a wash test should be carried out 72 hours after printing
