It provides exceptional sharpness, precision and matrix durability, making it ideal for high-volume printing with high quality requirements.

Work with Dirasol 916 emulsion should be carried out under low blue and UV light.
A full photographic darkroom is not required, but the use of yellow lighting or weak tungsten bulbs is recommended.
The working room should be free of daylight or protected by a yellow coloured film.
Dirasol 916 emulsion is a two-component system consisting of:
Part A: coloured emulsion,
Part B: diazo sensitiser.
Preparation:
Pour water (about 80% of the volume) into the bottle with the sensitiser and stir until completely dissolved.
Add the sensitiser solution (B) to the emulsion (A) and mix thoroughly with a plastic or wooden stirrer.
Allow the emulsion to stand for approximately 1 hour to remove air bubbles before application.
The mesh should be thoroughly degreased to obtain maximum adhesion of the emulsion.
Automatic equipment with Seriprep 300 can be used, or the process can be done manually with Seriprep 102.
For manual cleaning:
Wet the mesh,
Apply the preparation with a sponge or brush, using circular movements,
Leave for a few minutes, then rinse with cold water,
Dry the mesh completely before coating with emulsion.
