Exchanges and returns
(1) The customer has the right to return/exchange the purchased goods without stating a reason within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
(2) A return/exchange is only possible if the purchased goods are complete, have no signs of use, and have the original, undamaged manufacturer's packaging. In the case of paint, they must not have been opened.
(3) As a condition for the acceptance of the return/exchange of goods, the buyer must include with the consignment:
*Return/replacement report, which should include the buyer's details and the specifications of the goods.
*A proof of purchase.

5th The goods should be packed in such a way that they are not damaged.
6th The transport costs of the returned goods shall be borne by the buyer.
7th Reimbursement for the purchased goods shall be made within 14 days from the date of receipt of the return shipment by the seller.
Complaint of goods:
1. the customer has the right to complain if the product is found to be not in conformity with the order within 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods.
(2) If physical defects are found in the goods received, the customer should write down:
*Damage report, which will include the exact details of the buyer and the specification of the goods complained of (name, capacity, colour, order number, date of purchase/receipt of the goods and the reason for the complaint)
*Pictures of the damaged goods
*Document confirming the purchase of the goods in question.

4th Returns of the advertised goods, after they have been secured for transport, are accepted at:

5th In the case of accepting the complaint, the Seller undertakes to replace the goods with new ones consistent with the order or make a refund.
6th The Seller covers the costs of transport of the advertised product.
7th Complaint / return / exchange of paint does not apply in the case of mixing colours according to the patterns.
