POLISTRIP LIQUIDO CONCENTRATO

PROPERTIES:
- Free from chlorine
- Suitable for both polyester and nylon screens
- Indicated for the removal of all types of photo-emulsions, provided they have not been catalysed and varnished
PREPARATION:
POLISTRIP liquido CONCENTRATO should be diluted with demineralised water in the following proportion:
1 part POLISTRIP liquido CONCENTRATO and 25 parts demineralised water.
A mixture prepared in other than the specified proportion will not work with the target effect. The use of demineralised water is necessary because possible impurities may affect the effectiveness of the product. When recovering screens that have already been cleaned several times (e.g. several versions of a project), it is recommended to use a freshly prepared solution.
APPLICATION:
- The product should be applied on both sides of the screen with a sponge. The screen should be cleaned beforehand of any traces of ink used during printing.
- Once the product has been applied, leave it on the screen for 5 minutes.
- Absolutely avoid drying the product before removing it.
- Remove the product with a high-pressure nozzle.
- Screens that have been treated with POLISTRIP series products must then be degreased with a specific cleaning agent (CLEANSER 100) before being used again.
