Transparent ink for printing on light fabrics
Printing process:
Drying:
- In tunnel 3 min at 160*C or 2 min at 160*C after adding 5% Catalyst 0564
- Natural 15 days after adding 5% Catalyst 0564 or 2 days after adding 3% Catalyst 0588
Sieves:
- 62 to 77 meshes/cm for white primer
- 43 to 77 meshes/cm for colours

Colours:
- AMAZONIA inks can be colour-matched to Pantone® colours. Colour matching software is available directly from the manufacturer's website www.tiflex.com. Colours can be mixed
Expiry date:
- Product label reference.
- Unopened packaging 1 year in a dry, ventilated room at 15-35*C
Composition:
- Free from formaldehydes, PVC, phthalates, APEO and heavy metals
Additives:
- Catalyst 0564 (35A0564): Add 5% for drying at room temperature or reducing drying time. Use within 8 hours after mixing at room temperature below 25°C (it is possible to repeat the operation once without affecting the paint).
- Catalyst 0588* (35C0588): Add 3% to dry at room temperature. Use within 4 hours after mixing. Ink must not be re-catalysed.
- Blocked hardener (3Y551120): When using technical textiles and/or a short dryer (<2m60), add 5 to 10%. This operation should not be repeated, as the blocked hardener does not affect the ink and retains its chemical properties during drying in the tunnel.
- Thinner and retarder (35C2062): Improves open time by reducing viscosity. Add 0.5 to 5%.
- Thickener (35C0263): Increases ink deposit. Add 0.2 to 0.5%.
- Retardant gel (35C2099): Extends storage time at constant viscosity. Add 2 to 5%.
- Retarder (35C2061): Significantly extends storage time by stabilising viscosity. Add 2 to 5%.
- Retardant spray (35C1298): Prevents paint from drying on the sieve during a long break or production with frequent use of flash drying. Use on the sieve at the end of production or on a clean sieve during a break in production. Also recommended on screens awaiting cleaning.
