GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS:
- Fast curing
- Low odour
- Good stability on sieve
- Negligible atmospheric contamination
- Excellent physical and chemical resistance
- Resistant to acids, alkalis, solvents and lubricants, cosmetics, household products and detergents
PREPARATION:
The paint must be mixed well before use.
APPLICATION:
Some plastics may be impregnated with lubricants or anti-static additives which may impair the adhesion of the paint.
CURING:
It is important that the printed ink layer has time to fully cure to ensure that full chemical and mechanical resistance is achieved.
The resistance of prints immediately after curing is excellent, but for best results it is recommended to wait 6h after curing to achieve optimum resistance.
The impact resistance of some PVC and PETG containers may deteriorate after printing. It can take up to 12 weeks to achieve full resistance.
SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS:
- Always check the printing properties before production.
- Insufficient curing of the varnish can result in poor adhesion, lower abrasion resistance, reduced durability and stronger odour.
- Excessive drying of the ink can reduce the flexibility of the printed part and the adhesion of subsequent layers of ink.
- Keep the ink away from an external light source, which may cause an undesirable reaction of the formation of a "peel" on the paint surface.

HEALTH AND SAFETY INFORMATION:
Users are advised to wear gloves and protective cream to prevent direct skin contact. Safety glasses are recommended in areas where paint may be splashed.
If the product comes into contact with your skin, wipe it off with a clean, dry cloth (do not use solvents). Wash the affected area with soap and water. Refer to the relevant safety data sheet (SDS) for further instructions and warnings.
Always keep paints and cleaning solutions away from heat sources, sparks and flames. If stored or transported at other temperatures, the ink should reach room temperature before printing. This may adversely affect performance and will affect any warranty provided by AFFORD Industrial.
