Photosensitive emulsion designed for printing with water-based inks.
GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS
- Sensitising emulsion (DIAZO)
- Requires sensitisation with a sensitizer based on di-azo compounds (DIAZO- COMPOUNDS)
- Excellent resistance to water-based paints
- Good mechanical resistance
- Product does not contain any solvents
- Short exposure time
IMPORTANT GUIDELINES
- Always make a test print before starting production.
- Always use a safe light ( yellow light)in the working room.
- The sensitiser (sensibiliser) should be stored at a temperature of approx. 5°C. Under these conditions its service life is approximately 1 year.
- The non-sensitised emulsion, if stored at a temperature of no more than 20°C, has a lifetime of about 1 year.
- A sensitised emulsion, if stored at about 4°C - 10°C, has a lifetime of about 4 weeks.
