Prep 300 - spray degreasing concentrate
Properties :
- Used before each application of liquid photosensitive emulsion or indirect or direct capillary film.
- Thoroughly degreases and evenly moistens the entire grid.
- Helps prevent fine pinholes by removing dust particles and giving the screen surface antistatic properties.
- Significantly improves the flow characteristics of the direct emulsion.
- Contains a blend of low-foaming detergents and an active wetting agent.
- Does not contain silicone or comparable additives.
- Particularly suitable for use in automatic cleaning machines.
- Suitable for quick, manual spraying on large screens.
Instructions for use Prep 300
In automatic cleaning machines:
1. Dilute 1 part Prep 300 with 5 parts water and use as recommended by the cleaning machine manufacturer.
For manual degreasing:
1. Dilute 1 part Prep 300 with 5 parts water.
2. Spray both sides of the mesh with diluted Prep 300 using a pressurised garden sprayer or pressurised water gun.
3 Allow a few minutes to react.
4. wash or rinse with cold water - there must be no foam in the run-off water.
5. dry before stenciling.
Rules for the safe use of Prep/300
- The products have been formulated so that they do not contain any toxic substances, carcinogens, mutagens or toxin-forming chemicals.
- They do not have a flash point and are therefore not subject to the flammable liquids regulations.
Containers should be tightly closed immediately after use of each substance. Special care should be taken, avoiding the product getting into the eyes and contact with the skin. If it gets into the eyes, seek immediate medical attention. Wear appropriate protective clothing, goggles and eye protection or face shield.
Environmental information Prep/300:
-Contain no ozone-depleting chemicals as described in the Montreal Convention.
- Do not contain any volatile solvents and are therefore beneficial to the environment compared to solvent products.
