Cleaning and de-burring paste for the removal of so-called "ghost" paint residues on the sieve
PROPERTIES:
- Chlorine free
- Highly effective for removal of photo-emulsions
- Suitable for both polyester and nylon screens
- Indicated for the removal of all types of photo-emulsions, provided they have not been catalysed and varnished
PREPARATION:
POLISTRIP PASTA is a ready-to-use gel product. It is ideal for partial removal of photo-emulsions from grids (design changes, minor corrections of engraving errors). The product should be mixed before use.
APPLICATION:
- The product should be applied on both sides of the screen with a sponge. The screen should be previously cleaned of any traces of ink used during printing.
- Once the product has been applied, leave it on the screen for 5 minutes.
- Remove the product with a high-pressure nozzle.
- Sieves which have been treated with POLISTRIP series products must then be degreased with a specific cleaning agent (CLEANSER 100).
