APPLICATION
The product is commonly used to realise screen-printing transfers in both hot and cold peel applications.
PHYSICAL PROPERTIES
- Good dimensional stability to ensure accuracy of fit during printing
- Does not twist
- Handy due to its thickness

- 100% transfer (cold)
- Printable on both sides of the sheet
FORMAT
Transfer paper (cold) is available in the following weights: 75 g/m² and 105 g/m², size: 70x100 cm.
Transfer paper (hot) is available in the stated weights: 90 g/m², sheet size: 70x100 cm.
USE
- For optimum results, please follow the instructions below:
- to stabilise the sheet, insert the paper in the tunnel before printing the first colour
- protect the paper from humidity during the intervals between printing of the different colours
- place the finished product (paper + print) in a plastic sleeve to avoid moisture damage
- it is recommended to use the printed transfer paper within 6 months ;
- optimum transfer conditions: TEMPERATURE: 170-180°C PRESSURE: 2.5 - 4 bar DURATION: 10 - 25 seconds (depending on the ink used)
- in the case of cold peeling, wait 15 seconds after transferring
- in the case of hot peel, peel off the paper immediately after the transfer is made
IMPORTANT GUIDELINES
Carry out a test transfer on the material before starting production
Control the temperature in the tunnel during printing
