Description

2AMX is a high-quality UV ink with a wide range of applications for printing on hard plastics such as PVC, PS, ABS, PMMA and activated PE surfaces.
Thanks to its excellent adhesion, high gloss and low electrostatic sensitivity, the ink is ideal for industrial, advertising and decorative printing.

General characteristics:

Excellent adhesion - ideal for printing on hard plastics

Application:

Ink suitable for printing on:

rigid PVC, polystyrene (PS), ABS, PMMA,
activated PE,
plastic parts used in the advertising and industrial sectors.

Preparation:

2AMX ink is ready to use.
If required it can be:

dilute the paint with thinner ST178,
improve adhesion to PVC/PS with AM9345 (5-20 %),
increase adhesion to PE - add ST305 (3-5%).

Printing and drying parameters:

Mesh: 140/34 - 180/31
Printing: hardness 65-75° Shore A
Drying: Energy 150-250 mJ/cm² (UV tunnel, single or dual 120 W/cm lamp, speed 10-20 m/min)
Curing acceleration: ST307 additive (1-3%) for higher reactivity

Cleaning:

Recommended remover: VV64ECO.

Storage:

Store in original sealed packaging in a dry, ventilated area at 10-30°C.
Shelf life: 12 months from date of manufacture.

Safety and compliance:

Meets EU and EN-71/3 (Toy Safety) standards.
Free of heavy metals (selenium, chromium, barium, arsenic, antimony, lead, mercury, cadmium)
Free of N-vinyl-2-pyrrolidine (NVP)
Contains HDDA monomers, complying with safety regulations

Yellows: light (300), medium (310), golden (320)
Oranges: Mandarin (330)
Reds: cinnabar (340), dark red (350), pink (360)
Purple (370), blue (380), emerald green (390)

900 series - outdoor resistance:
Yellow (931), orange (933), standard red (935), dark red (939)

Other:
Black (601), blending white (602/606), super covering white (HCC3277)
Lacquers: standard (090), for metallic powder (091), 2AMX/091 for mixing with metallic powders (up to 20%)
